What's New in OpenSim 3.3?

OpenSim 3.3 has fixes and enhancements to Static Optimization and the Scale Tool, improvements to the Metabolic models in OpenSim, along with several other bug fixes and compatibility with Visual Studio 2013 and the Visual Studio 2015 Release Candidate.
